Care Instructions

Place in a garment mesh bag.  Machine wash on gentle cycle and in cold water. It's preferable to lay flat to air dry but can be tumble dry on gentle cycle.

 

Shipping Policy

If you would like your order with rushed production time, you will need to message me PRIOR to placing your order.  Due to the custom nature of my items, not all items will have the option of being rushed.  If you get approval on your rushed deadline, you can add "RUSH MY ORDER" listing to your total order.  This will be an additional fee on top of your shipping fees.

The production time listed in each item description does not include shipping time.  All of my items are ship through USPS via Priority Mail, are estimated to arrive in 2-5 days from shipping date.  Once the item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for any delays.

 

All ready-made items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail within 1-3 business days excluding holidays, after receiving payment.

 

All customized and personalized items are Ready to Ship in 3-4 weeks unless mentioned otherwise.  If you need it by a specific date, please contact me.

Shipping fees are according to weight within USA.  NO International Shipping at this time.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

 

I gladly accept cancellations.  MUST Contact me within 48 Hours of order being placed.

I don’t accept returns or exchanges.  It is my hope that everyone loves the items they receive.  If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.  For any light alteration work, please contact us via email.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 ·   Custom or personalized orders

 ·   Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to custom nature of my personalized items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.  However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to discuss your order further.  I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to communicate any issues.

The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders.  If a name is misspelled in the notes to seller at the time the order is placed, and your item is personalized with the incorrect spelling, no accommodations will be made.  If you noticed you misspelled a name, contact the seller within 3 days of the order to make corrections. If font style and thread/vinyl color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.
